The Omega-3 Capsules included in this product provide 300mg DHA which contributes to the normal development of your little one’s brain and eyes when taken by breastfeeding mothers.

The Omega-3 capsules included in this product contain:

• Omega-3 fish oil – 600mg

You can take these supplements if you are still pregnant and are coming towards the end of your pregnancy and it does not particularly matter when you transition over to these tablets. For example the tablets included in this product contain Vitamin K which should not be taken if you are taking anticoagulants which are also known as blood thinners.




Take 2 Pregnacare Breastfeeding vitamin tablets and 1 Omega-3 capsule every day with a main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink and do not chew these supplements. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.




This product is not suitable for use by children. Do not use Pregnacare Breastfeeding supplements if you are allergic to soya fish or any of the other listed ingredients. Food supplements should not be used in place of a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.
